  1. How can I pay for my purchase?
  2. In case you come to our office, you can make payment in cash. If you prefer to make payment via payment systems, you can via MoneyGram or Western Union.


  3. What can you tell me about the delivery?
    • Cables The delivery costs of cables are calculated according to the destination. There are no restrictions for their shipping.
    • Xentry Connect and Xentry Kit If you unable to take the devices from our office in Moscow, we can send them to you by any courier service. The costs for sending of Xentry Connect and Xentry Kit on the territory of Russia are defined on the basis of the tariffs of the courier service, chosen by you. The shipping as well as the costs for delivery abroad is the subject for discussion in each case.

  4. How can I update my equipment?
  5. The device downloads all the updates for the current version in automatic mode when connected to the Internet. Updating to the new version cannot be accomplished automatically, so you need to do some simple actions. You can find the details in the documentation on the updating on the respective page.


  6. I cannot burn disc image on a DVD – the image too big. I have not got a BD disc and a drive. I cannot start the updating from the external disc. What can I do?
  7. We recommend you to use for updating the external cases for HDD Zalman ZM-VE300 or ZM-VE400. They allow you to update device without burning ISO-image on BD disc..


  8. Does the price include ability for SCN coding?
  9. SCN кcoding is a separate option that is not connected either with the multiplexer or with its license. To perform SCN coding, you need to have the paid access to this option.
